sometimes i go of sites and sort by oldest, or jump to the last page of an index. you can find stuff by more obscure and forgotten artists. someone who made an account and then forgot about it and gathering dust. my friend called this 'digging' once and that seems like an apt metaphor.
maybe its the workflows or that times were simpler. but i often find pure intention in the ways that works were created. my theory goes that there was no real incentive to get likes or to be noticed from posting stuff on the internet, so there was less of people chasing trends and more just making the things that were on their mind. nonetheless, i think nostalgia is maybe the strongest feeling out of all...
i've amassed quite the collection of pixiv bookmarks. i will share some of mine, starting with this post: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/24790754
does anyone else do this kind of 'digging' for art. i would be happy if people shared their favorite,s and i would like to hear what you see in it as well and what makes it special. sources are welcome, and if you know anything about the artist that is of course nice as well!

> When administering the injection yourself at home, you can choose from four sites: the abdomen (at the level of the navel) or the left and right thighs. In some cases, a family member may administer the injection. It seems that by having the effectiveness of the medication checked weekly at the clinic, you can receive compensation sufficient to live on. Since it’s three times a day, I wonder if they’re getting the second shot during lunch break at school.
