you should read them before your next post so you don't get b&!
on a more serious note, we thought this would provide a clarity of purpose. what we expect and don't expect of our users. and its also a way for us to stay out of trouble.

i don't, really understand why the story format is banned entirely.
i get the other rules, but this one just sticks out to me as unnecessary? like, the rest of the rules largely cover the content of what may not be posted and after reading them i generally agree with them, but this one, just bans a storytelling format?
shouldn't the content of the story be what gets a post banned, not what format it's told in?
i also, don't really get banning wojaks
pepe i get because it's a symbol, as much as i hate that it got hijacked by idiots, but wojaks are much more just a meme format. you might as well ban impact font while you're at it.
it just, reads as really weird for there to be bans on that stuff.
ultimately what defines what you call "being a chud" is defined by largely anti-social behavior and and displays of anti-social beliefs. it isn't defined by meme formats.

i understand that form doesnt necessarily determine content. the rule disallowing posts like that basically serves 2 purposes
1. ensures that i dont have to read those types of posts, which is good cus i dont like them much
and related,
2. encourages posters to think of new ways to post on image boards. i dont think its important for people to make good posts. but lets at least try something new. there are many other places where you can post those things.
