because their material conditions impeade it and its something that can be cute, childish or emberressing like daipers or wetting
i dont have any good art on hand but something ive realized is that seeing the underside of someones' top row of teeth really gets me going sometimes which is maybe a kind of niche situation. i guess pov of someone on top of you. or maybe being short as fuck. i don't know
